Within 30 days of delivery of your order, you can request an exchange or refund for products that are unused and returned with the original invoice. Returns are accepted if the labels and original packaging of the products are undamaged. Scentlab does not accept returns of products that have been removed and/or damaged. It is the customer's responsibility to send the returned products to Scentlab. No compensation will be made for products lost during shipping. The shipping costs of the returned products are the responsibility of the customer. However, Scentlab does not charge an additional shipping fee for exchanges.

In return transactions, the refund will be made to the original recipient's credit card or bank account within two weeks after the product reaches us. Additional taxes and/or duties are not refunded. Shipping fees are also not refunded. Exchange transactions are subject to stock availability. Defective products can be replaced with the same model depending on stock availability. Defective products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Exchange and return transactions must only be carried out in accordance with Scentlab's instructions.
