Shipping Policy


DELIVERY OPTIONS


Standard shipping is free on all orders.


DELIVERY TIMES


Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the day the order is placed. Once your order is completed and transferred to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can track online directly.


DELIVERY REGIONS


Unfortunately, we cannot ship to all countries. You can get a full list of countries we do not ship to by emailing info@scentlabfragrance.com. Additional taxes and duties may be charged by customs in the destination country and these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Alfa Perfume cannot determine the amount of these charges in advance.


SHIPPING ACCORDING TO DELIVERY OPTIONS


We will deliver the Products according to the delivery option selected by you. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. We will endeavor to deliver all orders within 3 to 8 business days from the date of the Contract, but these times cannot be guaranteed.


CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY


You can request an exchange or refund for products that you can return to us in unused condition within 14 days of delivery of your order. Returned products must have all labels and original packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if labels are removed and/or damaged. Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer. No compensation will be made for products lost during transportation. Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer. However, no additional shipping fee will be charged for exchanges. Returned products will be refunded to the credit card or bank account of the original purchaser within two weeks of the product being returned. Additional taxes and/or duties will not be refunded. Shipping costs will also not be refunded. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Faulty products will be replaced with the same type of product, if available. Returns for faulty products can be made within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges and returns can only be made in accordance with the instructions of Scentlab Online Store.


STEP 1


Simply fill out the contact form in the Help section and include your order number.


Please note that all products must be returned unused, with original labels and in their original packaging. We may not accept your return if the returned goods are not in a resalable condition. Promotional gifts received at the time of purchase must also be returned. You are not entitled to a return for products that are custom made, personalized, cannot be returned by nature or are rapidly deteriorating or are nearing their expiration date. Also, sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons are not eligible for return if their seals have been opened after delivery.


STEP 2


One of our team will call you to collect your order.


You will be sent a prepaid return label and you will be able to use this label at the warehouse or arrange for your package to be collected on a scheduled basis. Alfa Parfüm does not provide compensation for the return fee if you wish to return your product in another way.


STEP 3


Pack the product to be returned in Scentlab packaging or in a well-wrapped envelope or box to prevent damage during transit.


Make sure you have proof of postage or delivery. Your parcel is only responsible to us once it reaches us. Items lost in transit are not considered returned and cannot be exchanged or returned. Customers wishing to return perfume products should pay attention to the labelling and packaging instructions issued by your local postal service or other courier used for the products.


STEP 4


All returned goods will be inspected immediately upon receipt. We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In these cases, we will notify you by phone or email that a reduced refund will be available or that you can choose to arrange for a refund to be returned to you within 28 days.


STEP 5


When your return is processed, our customer service will contact you by phone or email. Payment for the goods (including the initial standard delivery charge, but not including the extra cost for any premium delivery option chosen) will be refunded by Alfa Perfume as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from the date on which the returned goods were received by us, using the original payment method (if you have returned the goods or cancelled the goods within 14 working days of delivery).


In order to prevent or investigate fraudulent activity, we may: (a) contact you regarding suspicious refund activity and/or (b) reserve the right to disable any account engaging in suspicious activity.
